After living for a long time in the La Chacarita, a large slum on the banks of the Paraguay River this family

now lives in a Habitat house in the municipality of Limpio - far away from the poor neighborhood where prostitution, drug addiction, and alcoholism run rampant.  God answered Juana's prayers and concern for hen 4 children; they were able to leave their 2-room wooden shack and move to a brick house with a bathroom on a beautiful large piece of property.  Juana writes her own words of thanks:

‘My family used to live in the Chacarita area for 20 years where the river would frequently flood and we would be forced to move to higher ground.  The house was very small and we didn't have the patio, bathroom or living room we have now in our brick house.  We had no privacy living in the Chacarita because there was little property.  Now we have a big yard, patio, hen house with many chickens, trees and beautiful flowers.  First of all we thank our Lord God and everyone at PPP and especially the sponsors of my children.  God Bless you All!"
