The Maxima and Dario Ojeda Family The Ojeda family live in the community of Pueto Botanico. Although they live in a neighborhood where there are
Habitat houses, they purchased the property and built their own brick home as they had the money to purchase materials. The children, Dario who is 17, is a senior in high school, Jony is 13 and in 7th grade sponsored by Nancy Warden. Evelyn is in 3rd grade and sponsored by the Eckert Family, and little Magli Guadalupe is 5 years old and is in kindergarten (she is waiting for a sponsor...hint, hint)...Maxima Writes: Dear Mrs. Sheri, I am writing because it has been a while that I wrote to say thank you for everything that the PPP is doing for families in Paraguay. I hope this letter finds you in good health and most importantly in good spiritual health. It's been two years since we started our house. Now our 3 room house with bathroom is nearly finished. About a month ago I stood and looked at my almost finished house and it suddenly came into my mind that I have this house because of the PPP. Without the support from the sponsors we couldn't have a house and our children wouldn't be able to have an education. Sheri, I very much appreciate from the bottom of my heart what you are doing for Paraguay. May the Lord always enlighten you so you can continue to help others in need. Also, I want to thank the staff for all they do to help each family. God Bless you! Hugs, Maxima Alvarenga de Ojeda |
